Taxation process on Srilance


You are accountable for paying any taxes, including any products and services or worth included taxes, which may be applicable depending upon the jurisdiction of the services offered.

Depending on your residency or location, you might go through specific ad valorem or other taxes (for example, GST in Sri Lanka), on particular charges that we charge. These taxes will be contributed to costs billed to you, if applicable.

You acknowledge that you must adhere to your commitments under earnings tax provisions in your jurisdiction.

Certain Sellers who are either registered or needed to be registered for GST might be required to charge GST to Sri Lankan Consumers on certain projects. You will be notified and asked to validate on award/accept of such tasks the proper GST treatment.
