How can I see my contracts?

To see the history of contracts from your account, click on the Contracts button from the nav-bar of a page. You will see an option listed as My contracts. Follow the page, you will be shown all the contracts of your account. Choose frm any of the contracts- to see their details.

For active contracts, a badge will be shown. In an active contract, the contractee will send you their work. You will be able to see their submitted work, and deide whether to accept their work or ask for revision.

How can I contact the contractee?

If you want to get in contact with the contractee, simply go the contract details of the specific contract. There will be a tab in the middle of the page, named as Messages & Files. From there you would be able to enter into the chat with the contractee.

What if the Contractee submits the work incomplete or incorrect?

While sending the work file, there might be some issues left in the work, or some parts of th work that you may want to get imrpoved. In that case, You will have the right to ask for a revision.

On the contract page, there is an option available next to the work that the contractee submits. That whether you accept the work, or send a revision. Just click on the Send Revision and tell the contractee about the changes that you want- in the chat section.

How can I give my feedback about the work that I have accepted in a contract?

You can send your feedback only after you accept the work from the contractee.

To send your feedback, go the contract page, click on the Feedback tab, click on the add Feedback button. Enter your feedback and ratings, and submit your feedback. Try to be clear and transparent in your feedback- and do not disrespect the other person from your words. Your Feedback will be visible to public on the contractee's profile.

What if the client asks for revisions on a correct work?

If the contracter asks for revisoins on the correct submitted work, you can ask the contracter about the changes that they want, or if they have mistakenly submitted for revisions- in the chat section on the contract page.

If the contracter confesses their mistake, you can re-submit the correct work, and this time they should accept your work and give their feedback on it.
